Head inside Club Debolah, then through the door to the main dance floor.Approach the lady on the sideline.Agree to help her and answer her questions: Head to Don Quijote and pick up one of each they're not cheap and head back to Debolah.
Hand her the clothes and you'll get Double Feathered Fans as a reward.Inside Vincent, approach the man at the bar wearing glasses.He's searching for yen bills and wants five of them.You'll have to scour the city for them.The real pain in the neck is that you can only collect and carry one bill at a time and have to bring each back to Vincent.
All told, you'll getyen at the end of this substory.I'm putting this one here because you can technically do it in Chapter 5.It has to be after 77and you have to collect at least fifty MesuKing Cards, so you can do this while on the way to the Batting Center at the end of the chapter.
