Well I sent them back to Venus to get my true size which was a 8.Didn't realize you basically pay for the shipping label your self.So to get my exchange I had to pay the difference.Afterwards, got the 2nd pair of shoes back to me in a 8.

Had my mom and sister try the 8.Called Venus for them to basically say I am lying.This shoe was huge on my feet.I ordered 3 shirts, and had to return 2.I chose the same size in all, one was huge, one was made for a 2nd grader, and one fit.


I have scoured my original order as well as the return label policy and this charge is not disclosed anywhere.A credit on future orders is not acceptable as I won't be ordering again.I will dispute this with my credit card company due to lack of disclosure on the part of Venus.


Shady practices are unacceptable.I had reviews return my order because the size of my items were too big.I won't be ordering from Venus again! Customer H Venus One dress fit me like a burlap sack.


On the model, it's clearly more fitted.It's completely shapeless and unattractive; but what's worse, is the print on the dress that attracted me to it initially, turned out to be only on the back of questions dress.


It's advertised as on the front and the back.The front I received is just average.They do say "print may vary", but this was a stretch.It doesn't look like the same dress from the front.


I've reached out to CS to no avail.I provided photos of how it's advertised, versus the front and back photos of what I received.Lascansa, the company who apparently makes clothes for Venus, does not take care to even print in the center or evenly answers their dresses discrepancy seen in the back of dress.


How does this pass quality inspections for Venus?Also see how much Navy blue is represented on the front of the dress versus the advertised photos.If I was to write here all that I have gone through with Venus, I would need three pages worth of writing.


I don't have time for that and more importantly neither does anyone else to read it.All I can say is beware! Do not order from this company if you are in dresses hurry to receive your and.

If you really have the need to order any type of clothing from here, do so at least 1 month in advance and perhaps if you are lucky you will get it on time.I ordered something from them 3 years ago for my Silver Anniversary three weeks before I left on my vacation.


It arrived while I was away.I returned it upon my return.I didn't need it anymore, obviously! Now three years later, my son was graduating and gave them a second chance.His graduation was May 4th.


Ordered from them one week before and paid overnight shipping don't waste your time.It is now May 16th, three weeks later, and I just received an email telling me my order was shipped.I can't say if the clothing is good quality or not because I have never been able to actually touch or see a garment I have ordered.

The bathing suit is very cheap made.It does not look like the picture.I will not be ordering from here.If I could give this company zero stars I would! But they still charged me for shipping and sent 2 items I did not order and there venus 2 items that I did order that were not in the box.


Nothing fit as it should and I had to send everything back.They informed me that I was going to be charged for the 2 items that I did not receive because they were not in the returned box! I called them and received horrible customer service.


They will not refund me for those missing items still! I will never give my bossiness to Venus ever again, nor recommend them to anyone!!! Answers 2 questions delivery I think I m done with them I am happy with Venus products however, their shipping takes over 3 or 4 weeks which now a day is unacceptable.


I can order things in Amazon or other sites and get it in 2 days or sometimes in reviews day.If they can't ship to Canada in reasonable amount dresses time and cost then they better don't claim so.


How can we avoid this from happening again.Love to pay taxes but the tax is a way too much.First time ordering.Bought a bathing suit.

They just bug you non stop.This should have been an easy exchange I've recently lost a lot of weight and none of my clothes fit me.On April 1st I received another email asking for the same duties and taxes fees.I went to the online chat and was assured that a duplicate order had been sent out by mistake and that I hadn't been charged.


Just don't pay the fees As I wasn't receiving updates I contacted them again and they told me that my order had cleared customs on the 6th of April and would take business days to reach me.


Why did it take 8 days after my payment to be released?I kept waiting and nothing came.Finally on April 16th I received 1 of 5 tops with 1 of 1 stamped on venus receipt.


I said not a chance and was told, maybe it's coming wait a few days.I did So I called again and reviews the meantime had a request from "landmark" to review their shipping, and I did.I had zero faith that this was actually resolved in the first answers and was not surprised that this happened.


I tried to explain the situation at the post office and they dresses help as expected.It's their job to collect the fees attached.I left it there and phoned Venus again.They had zero resolution for me after speaking with a supervisor aside from sending me a link to go through landmark to get the duties and taxes back after paying a 2nd time.


Totally unacceptable as you have to fill out forms, provide receipts and other crap and mail back in hopes that they'll hopefully refund you.I spent 30 mins on this call and was told by the CSR that I'm so sorry and I wish I could send it to you personally and that Questions post is notoriously "nasty" to deal with.


Unsatisfied with the resolution given I phoned back again and spoke with an angel.I don't understand why this company is at fault for screwing everything up on their end would not try to compensate me in order for me to get the items I've already paid for in order to make up for a very negative experience and maybe just maybe keep a customer.


But no In result I went back to the post office and and to explain again and show proof
